We use 4 shipping methods depending on which dress maker/seamstress is making your dress.

Fed Ex
UPS
Priority USPS
*All other items are usually shipped via UPS or Fed Ex*
Refund Policy
Unfortunately,
due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time
usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns on any
merchandise. All sales are final.
Except for the following amendments: You have 3 days to inform MB

Delivery Turn Around
The estimated arrival time for
your dress is normally within 6 weeks after your payment clears and
your measurements are confirmed.
You can reduce the arrival time by
paying extra rush production fees ($20 per week). The minimum arrival
time is 4 weeks.
We may request additional
shipping if you live outside of the United States, depending on your
location.
Order Exchanges or Returns
Dresses might not fit you
perfectly the first time you try them on, so please ensure that you have
realistic expectations for buying dresses without trying them on
first.
Please bear in mind that you
must inform us about the reason for returning within 3 days after
receiving the order, and also that you will be responsible for the
return shipping fees.
We will start making your
dress once you have sent us confirmation on your measurements.
If you wish to change the
dress specifications afterwards, then you must pay an 15%-50% alteration
fee
Refund Policy
If you have received a
defective dress or the wrong dress our policy is to correct the dress
for you for FREE 25~30 business days
Not Responsible as our production time is estimated,
we do not guarantee it.
We do our best to get your gown to you in 4 weeks, however please allow
up to 8 weeks for making and delievery of your gown.
******Gowns having extensive
beading may take up to an additional 2 weeks******
Not Responsible as those are
problems out of our control, caused by couriers
*In the event the USPS is responsible for damages, the buyer agrees to
file an insurance claim.*
In the event any of these incidents have occurred, the buyer may request
either an exchange or a refund
It is your
responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, missing-mates,
fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable,
unless defective.
**You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of
order for return authorization**.
Items returned for exchange with
authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping
charges.
If upgraded
shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded
charges.
We do not upgrade shipping for replacements, we will
ship ground and further upgrades in shipping is at your expense.
In
the event an order is “Refused” the customer will be held responsible
for all shipping charges incurred.
Shipping charges quoted are for
ground shipping by UPS to the continental USA. If upgraded shipping is
required or shipping outside the continental USA please call or e-mail
for shipping quote.
